A New Food Destination is Coming Soon to Willowdale

Exciting news is on the horizon for Willowdale food lovers. The highly anticipated flagship H Mart location at Yonge and Cummer is now slated to open this fall, featuring a bakery and food court that are expected to become a vibrant new destination in the community.

I recently met with H Mart’s Director and Project Manager, who shared that while there have been some challenges completing the fit out of this signature store, they are confident the opening is finally approaching.

This will be a wonderful addition to our neighbourhood, bringing more food options, convenience, local jobs, and vibrancy to Willowdale. I am especially grateful that H Mart has chosen our community for its flagship location, further strengthening North York’s reputation as one of Toronto’s premier destinations for diverse food and culture.

I look forward to welcoming H Mart to Willowdale later this year.
