For questions and concerns related to non-emergency City services and programs, please first submit a

311 Service Request by

A Service Request Number will be provided upon submitting your request with 311. Please include this number (e.g. SR#######) in the subject line of your form submission on this page, so that we may escalate your request with 311 and the appropriate City division.

 

For non-urgent matters, please allow 5 business days for someone from our office to get back to you.
