About the event

★★★Wear comfortable clothing. This room is on the main floor of the North York Central Library.

Cyclic Training’s mission is to develop personal, interpersonal and group Soft Skills Capacities e.g. creativity, concentration, confidence, stress and anxiety management, enhancing problem solving capabilities and team work.

Associating Yogic practices with games, arts, storytelling and creative elements, we teach pre designed physical and mental Cyclic of Yoga to kids, parents, and teachers to build communities of shared values. We deliver learning programs and workshops using interactive methods and simulation games and gamification. We organize edutainment events using arts, sports and other engaging techniques. We also use Yoga Cycles for Therapeutic purposes.

Cyclic Yoga was developed and thought for many years in Iran. Since 2017 the founders of Cyclic Yoga, a Yoga Master and Therapist Maya Machawe and Saed Ahmadi a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher have been accredited by Canadian Yoga Association with Gold Designation and have been members of Yoga Therapist Institute in the U.S.A.

Based on this very sound development process and safe history of practice, workshops of Cyclic Yoga for Kids Yoga were introduced in 2018. Creating a safe and fun environment with games, craft, songs, drama are added, layer by layer, to the basic Cycle to boost among other things creativity and concentration, confidence and self-esteem in a participatory manner.

We hope with participation in community activities we can be part of building a stronger community with shared values for the physical and mental health of kids, parents and teachers.
