I am hosting a virtual community information session on Thurs Feb 15th from 7pm to 8:30pm to discuss a development application at 72 Church Avenue.

The application is for a 4-storey residential building containing 14 units and 1 level of underground parking. The garage would contain 8 parking spaces (including 1 visitor and 1 barrier-free) and 17 long-term bicycle parking spaces.
