What is a deputation? A deputation is a 3-5 minute statement or speech that any resident of Toronto is welcome to make at any of the City's standing committees including the Budget Committee. January 21 and 22 have been set aside for budget meetings at civic centres where any resident can register to share their perspective. These can help Budget Committee members in their decision making.
