Join us for a community consultation meeting about a proposed development at 5799–5915 Yonge Street (M2M Development).
Application Details: OPA & Rezoning seeks to remove the restriction from the Section 37 agreement regarding the 10,000 sq. m. dedicated exclusively to office space, by revising the term "office" to "non-residential". The proposal does not introduce any additional Gross Floor Area (GFA) to what is currently permitted on the subject site, and there are no changes being considered for the permitted residential uses or any other part of the development.
