Description

OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 45-storey mixed-use building providing residential and commercial at grade. The building will provide a total of 699 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom+den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building will also provide retail units at grade. A paved access from Canterbury Place along the southern property line will be provided, leading to 3 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 197 parking spaces; as well as 531 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 41,339.89 square metres and a FSI of 12.05. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,178.27 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,287.18 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
