About the event
OPA & Rezoning Application proposes the development of an 14-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 139 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. A paved access from Sheppard Ave W will be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 28 parking spaces; as well as 104 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 9596 square metres and a FSI of 7.8. Additionally, the proposed development provides 308 square metres of indoor amenity space and 248 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
