About the event
Zoning By-law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment applications for a 11-storey mixed-use building with ground floor retail fronting Finch Avenue East. The application proposes 11,522 square metres of residential GFA and 711 square metres of non-residential GFA, and an FSI of 5.49. Parking will be provided with 130 residential spaces and 11 visitor parking spaces in three levels of underground parking. In total, 138 bicycle parking spaces are proposed comprised of 126 residential long-term spaces and 12 residential short-term spaces. One pick-up/drop-off spaces and 1 Type “G” loading space are also proposed. A total of 839 square metres of amenity space will be provided, inclusive of 425 square metres of indoor space and 415 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
