It is a music workshop to teach children the fundamentals of music with playing three different instruments: the handpan, piano, and various percussion instruments. The workshop could include activities, music games and lessons to help children develop musical skills, appreciate different types of instruments, and foster a love for music. It may cover aspects like rhythm, melody, coordination, and creativity through engaging lessons with these diverse musical instruments. The goal is to provide a well-rounded musical learning experience for children.
ARTIST:
Ali Orangi is a versatile musician, serving as a percussionist, music composer, and music instructor. He is the founder of "Toronto Zen Music," a music school located in North York, Toronto, offering comprehensive lessons in piano, handpan, and percussion for both adults and children. Ali has had the honor of showcasing his musical talents at various concerts, international festivals, and events. Notable performances include appearances at the Toronto Jazz Festival, Tirgan (in 2015, 2019, and 2023), Taste of the Danforth, and the Nuit Blanche Festival.
